These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aura Terminal, a platform operated by Chart Stalker (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2022/298579/07), trading as Plug 'n Play Trading Tech ("Company", "we", "us", "Aura"). Chart Stalker (Pty) Ltd is an authorised Juristic Representative of 1st Fintech Capital (Pty) Ltd (FSP 51478, Reg. 2020/936466/07) under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 ("FAIS"). By accessing or using Aura Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
By creating an account or using any part of Aura Terminal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Chart Stalker (Pty) Ltd is an authorised Juristic Representative (FSP 51478) of 1st Fintech Capital, registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). While we provide technology tools and indicators, we do not provide personalised financial advice. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Aura Terminal. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under South African law. Users from jurisdictions where online trading tools are restricted or prohibited may not use this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@plugnplaytradingtech.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
By using Aura Terminal, you acknowledge that authorised Chart Stalker (Pty) Ltd team members may view your account interface in read-only mode for the purpose of technical support and account management. Payment information is always masked during such sessions.
Our services include: a multi-timeframe market scanner, AI-generated signal detection, momentum zone analysis, position size calculators, chart visualisation with broker connectivity (read-only), engagement analytics (Trading Wrapped), and the Aura Channels social trading feature. All outputs are informational and should be validated by the user before any trading action is taken.
Aura Terminal offers the following subscription tiers:
Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Prices are in US Dollars. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Ozow, PayFast). We do not store credit card details. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New users receive a free trial period providing access to major pairs. Trial extensions may be earned through WhatsApp verification (+7 days), referral programme milestones, and promotional campaigns. Trial periods are non-transferable. At the end of a trial, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support within 7 days for review.
Aura Channels allows users to share trading setups and analysis. Channel content is created by individual users and represents their personal analysis and opinions. Channel setups are NOT financial advice from Aura Terminal. We do not endorse, verify the accuracy of, or guarantee the performance of any channel content.
Channel creators agree that their setups are personal analysis shared for informational purposes only. Creators must not present their setups as financial advice, guaranteed returns, or investment recommendations. Creators acknowledge that Aura will track and publicly display their win/loss record for transparency.
Aura reserves the right to remove any channel content that is inappropriate, misleading, or violates these Terms. Users may report content, and reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Channels may be suspended or terminated for repeated violations. Engagement on channels is limited to reactions (thumbs, fire, target, warning) — there is no comment functionality.
By following any channel, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Channel Risk Disclaimer, which states that channel setups are personal analysis by individual traders, not financial advice from Aura Terminal, and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
All intellectual property in Aura Terminal — including the scanner algorithms, signal detection models, zone mapping logic, UI design, branding, and source code — is owned by Plug 'n Play Trading Tech (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent. User-generated channel content remains the property of the creator, with a non-exclusive licence granted to Aura for display purposes.
You agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA TERMINAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Aura Terminal is an informational tool. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalised financial advice. Any trading decisions you make based on information obtained through Aura Terminal are made at your sole risk and discretion. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, signal, or analysis provided.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plug 'n Play Trading Tech (Pty) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation administered by the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under AFSA rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Johannesburg, South Africa. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. The South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg, shall have jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Aura Terminal after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using Aura Terminal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. Plug 'n Play Trading Tech (Pty) Ltd is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 51478) regulated under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002.
